About Quesnel Gymnastics
Our focus is on providing, positive gymnastics experiences and promoting the benefits of gymnastics as a foundation for human movement, sport, health and enjoyment. Gymnastics is the foundation for all sports. Study after study confirm that children involved in gymnastics are more likely to avoid drugs, score higher on achievement tests, stay in school, have greater self-esteem, and live healthier lifestyles.
